Sophia and Hilary would like to introduce you to our new podcast team with Gordon Duff from NSW; Giang Le from South Australia and Emily Churchill from Victoria.
Gordon Duff has 25 years’ experience in health and human services policy research, organisational development, service improvement and advocacy in a career spanning New Zealand, Canada, the UK and Australia, across academia, government, non-government and business sectors. He is currently working on innovation in the context of Australian disability reform.
Giang Le is from Vietnam. Before coming to Adelaide, she worked as research assistant in projects to support early identification and intervention for young children with developmental disability in Vietnam. She also ran a youth volunteer group to organise outdoor activities for the children. Giang is currently studying Flinders University in the Disability Policy and Practice Programs.
Emily Churchill is a Melbourne-based speech pathologist working in disability. She is passionate about working with people with complex communication needs across the lifespan. She is an advocate for empowering individuals to communicate and develop social networks and supporting the process to achieve their individual aspirations
